I'm going to say no.

Although at the last job interview i had, i wore a short-sleeved knit set, khakis, and nice flat sandals.

I'm going to have to say no on that one, too. Are you expecting them to hire you on the spot and have you start that day? You don't have to wear a dress suit... but be nice and neat. I would say what Marie wore to her last interview is fine.

I forgot to add that it was 95 degrees outside that day, which is why the pantyhose stayed in the drawer.

You must look nice, but you must also be comfortable.

I have done an interview in scrubs when I have done so in the same facility where I currently work. However, that would be the only instance in which I would wear scrubs to an interview.

I would not wear scrubs unless it was for a lateral move within my organization and I were onduty or just coming off when the interview was scheduled.

Otherwise, it's always best to dress nicely and sorry, scrubs don't fit that "best dressed" description.
