Is there a nursing blacklist in Oklahoma?

Are you referring to Group One as in Texas? Even if there is no official Group One operating in OK, that does not preclude individual blacklisting that occurs when one gets on the bad side of former employers. Although blacklisting is against the law, when untrue statements are made, we all know that it occurs, usually because of personal vendettas.

GroupOne consumer reporting agency has spread their sphere of influence into a few healthcare facilities and nursing schools in Oklahoma.
Sorry for those affected by this in OK.

I'm contacting these 'people' to find out what they might have in my file, if anything.

Yeah... I think it affects me. Is there a way to find out if you are on this secret "black list"???
What they are doing is not legal so I seriously doubt that you will be able to find out. Good Luck
