NCLEX-PN is a national exam. Therefore, a test taker in New York will receive questions from the same test bank as the test taker in New Jersey. The NCLEX in Hawaii is the same exam as the one being offered in Tennessee, and so forth.
NCLEX does not belong to any particular state. The level of difficulty is going to be the same, no matter where you take it.

The "N" in NCLEX stands for national. As in, it's the same exam no matter where your heiney is sitting in the nation =)

Same test all states
Yeah but I heard the passing score in ny is 75 and in no is 85%
A test taker could pass after answering 85 questions. The same test taker could also pass after answering 205 questions. Computerized adaptive testing (CAT) determines the ability level of the test taker and, therefore, the NCLEX shuts off when the CAT has determined that you have answered enough higher level questions in each content area. This is why some people pass/fail after answering different numbers of questions.
NCLEX-PN (LPN) has a minimum of 85 questions and a maximum of 205 questions that you could possibly answer, no matter which state or country you happen to take this exam.
NCLEX-RN (RN) has a minimum of 75 questions and a maximum of 265 questions that the test taker could possibly answer, regardless of where the exam is being taken.
Thanks!!!
