Guys,

My kids are in testing so it is sloooooow (but thankful for it!). I'm so ready for summer!!

Just looking forward to mornings with my 1 year old :)

I will be working summer school for a week and a half (Planning to go to Disney with that money!) and then going to California to visit family.

What are your guys plans?

Its going good! I am just in desperate need of a vacation. My vacation is memorial day weekend for my sister's wedding in vegas!

Ugh...you can go on vacation and you can go to a wedding but you can't go on vacation if you're going to a wedding. That's like taking a vacation to have a root canal.:wtf:

How do you only work 4 weeks?

Text me? I lost my contacts. As long as its not BREAKFAST I can do it.

I was told that nurses are the only employees that they will accept for 1/2 the summer :) We can't do the full summer because we go back to school weeks before they do on the east coast.

I will text you or send a message on FB. We can meet somewhere in the middle for lunch or dinner on a day off!

4 weeks and East Coast...where is this camp?

It's in Pennsylvania :)

Everyone's plans sound so wonderful. I have dreams of traveling to Seattle to meet a newly discovered cousin. Then reality sets in. My mother has moved into my home, as her dementia is increasing at a rapid pace. We have transferred her care to Hospice this week, but she will remain in my home and I will be her main caregiver. Until the end of the year, my son is watching over her, and I give him guidance from work. Having a school job, I'm lucky that I can have the time to care for her properly without losing pay.

Aye. Stars in your crown girl! God will bless you as you facilitate His plan for the final times in your Mom's journey. Be kind to yourself and yours. Prayers...
