Is Hemp oil legal?

I destroyed my ankle in a fall about 3 months ago, and it is still very swollen, tender, and not flexible. By the end of my shift, despite good shoes, pressure stockings and ankle circles, it is stiff and very painful. I have heard that hemp oil acts as a pain reliever and anti inflammatory, but I don't want to try it, unless I know for SURE it is legal and wouldn't give me a false positive on any random drug screens at work. Does anyone have any info on hemp oil legality? I know CBD oil requires prescriptions, but this is HEMP oil, and Amazon sells it as well as multilevel marketing.

Sorry about your ankle injury! Sometimes those take a long time to heal.

Agree, no one here may/should offer medical advice.

However, regarding the legality of the hemp oil: you would have to check into your local/state laws to determine if it is legal.

Do your research.
