Nursing in arc is it hard or easy

Compared to what? Medical School? Easy-Peasy. While I'm not directly knowledgeable of ARC's program, I do know that their program is different in some ways from SCC's program. The nursing care plans you'd do there will be different from the nursing care plans done at SCC. I would imagine that much of the core program will be effectively identical among all the region's nursing programs.

If you got into ARC's program, great! You'll learn a lot there and chances are pretty darned good that you'll do just fine on the NCLEX if you pass all aspects of the program.

Op has one post and that one post isn't even complete. With that much insight coming in I doubt he or she is coming back nor understands the minimum expectations of any program.
