Is it easier for a New grad LPN or new grad RN to get a job?

I've been a lpn for 3 years and always thought it was fairly easy to find a job. Now that im a new grad RN, i am not havin much luck finding a job. Even the company I work with as a LPN is not letting me work as a RN! I dont know what it is about LPN's but i think they have a bigger job market right now!

I think it depends on the area as well. I had no problem finding a job as a new grad LPN. My current job has RN positions too so I should be find until I find something else.
