Thay have a form for clinical experience to be accomplish by your nursing school, you will request that from the BRN of your choice... what do u mean by if they give visa?
thanks for the reply...am a Nigerian and i heard i would ve to travel to US to write the exam so am wondering if there's a type of visa for this purpose.thank you.
I'm not sure with regards to visa, in the Philippines before NCLEX exam sites was not yet in the country applicants go to nearby countries who catered NCLEX but not in US. you have to know nearby countries or cities who catered NCLEX examinations.

NCLEX can now and has been for several years sat in certain test centers outside the US. If you go to Pearsonvue website you should be able to find a test center near your country

Just found a link on an internet search that indicates that Pearson Vue has test sites in Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria. However, don't know if this is up to date. Suggest you look on the Pearson Vue website, since you have to register for the exam there anyway.
