Stick around and read the various threads on AN. You won't need any other source. The nurse who post here are wicked smart!

I've been looking on youtube for review of skills. First, you've got to have a solid base because of the nature of anyone being able to post, but just watching from start to finish things like sterile technique is helpful to me, and I tend to watch different videos of the same technique. As for advice and wisdom-type info, allnurses is MUCH appreciated.
And btw, I commend you for WANTING to learn from more experienced nurses, and being willing to put forth the effort to do so. I don't look at it at all like you're trying a 'quick' scheme, rather, I admire your desire to learn in order to be an effective nurse NOW. Good luck, best wishes!
