This is also my question... If I have work experience in the US but I only have a ADN, will employers in Canada hire me if my plan is to finish the BSN while working for them?
If the particular province doesn't require BScN as a minimum educational requirement, then the answer is yes.
However if you want to practice in the provinces like Ontario where BScN is required for entry to practice, the answer is no because you just can't get your RN license.

i'm not sure about other provinces but here in manitoba there is still a diploma (2 year) nursing program. so i'm not sure if you could go through manitoba to get your license then apply for it to be transfered to ontario. not sure how it all works though. but i have heard that even if you are taking the exam for manitoba you could still write it in ontario .... or any other province you just have to let them know ahead of time.
