IRSC Fall 2014 Hopefuls!

Hey everyone! I know this is super early to be talking about the fall semester but I just got my denial letter for the Spring 2014 semester so I wanted to make this group for anyone that's applying or didn't make it in like me. I got a 109 score on my NLN exam which makes my total points for program 130. I took A&P I & Micro which accounts for my points. I would like to retake the NLN in 6 months & hopefully I can do much better. I'm currently enrolled in A&P II & plan on just studying my butt off for the nln in the process. Classes I have left before I'm done with all my "pre-requisites" are A&P II (which I'm currently in), Chemistry, and Nutrition. (which I plan on taking those in spring/summer). Maybe we can get a study group together eventually if anyone is interested! Best of luck to everyone! :)

I'm an alternate though, so if no one buys them from you I'll definitely take them when/if I'm accepted.

How do the sizes run though? I'm wondering if i'd need a small or extra small

But I'm an alternate and they called me and said "Is this Corynne? Did you check your River mail?"

So I got a little freaked out..lol

But they were just calling to remind me about the meeting and I was wondering if they were calling everyone or just the alternates

I got a call and she told me that she was calling because I didn't click on the "read" link. I never had one in my email and told her that...Maybe that's why some are getting calls and some aren't.

There wasn't a read link ink the corrected acceptance letter. I emailed mrs camacho and she said it was fine if we couldn't click the read receipt link. I did click it in the first alternate letter though so maybe that's what she meant ?

The letter says 3:00, so I will probably be there around 2:45 to make sure. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone that we'll be spending a lot of the next two years with!
