Hi everyone! So I have applied for CABRN for RN licensure. I just finished and completed my deficiencies. And it came to my attention that the reason of why up until now I still did not get my eligibility because my application is stuck and still with the enforcement unit because of my subsequent arrest. I got arrested last March of this year for an intimate battery charge against my husband. But 3 months later it was dismissed by the city atty's. And said that it was too small to be placed and sent out to the higher court. So June of this year I started to take my deficiency, and required me to do background checks, but it did not show anything. The reason why I was pretty confident about it. But then just recently, my analyst informed me that they cannot proceed with my application despite of completing the deficiencies because of that issue. So I gave the enforcement unit a call, and told me that they have sent me a mail a week after the incident that happened, but i did not receive anything. So she sent me an email instead and another copy of the letter. So then I complied. The court records shows no case and convictions under my name. But for sure the police report has the narrative copy for that incident, and i submitted a written report on my behalf of what have happened. I slapped my husband because i was wanting to talk to him

about our on the rocks marriage but he was not interested. I grabbe his shoulders and maybe it was a bit a strong hold so he grabbed my shoulders and shook me hard, the reason why i slapped him. So that was just the reason. And now the enforcement analyst said that it is very vital specially that it was battery. :( so i am very worries of what might happen to me and to my application. Any advice??? Pls help me out. Thank you!
