We need to interview a parent of a 6-12 month old infant.
What sort of questions would you ask?
I have a few, but could use a few more...
any ideas anyone?
Thanks!

I'm not quite sure what you're asking here. What are you interviewing them for (what is the focus of the interview)? Is it a well-baby assessment? A parenting skills assessment? Home safety assessment? Family nursing care plan?

Ask about feeding, breast, bottle, what solids are taken. How the trials went.
How are the motor skills, how old when sat upright without support, how is crawling, pulling up?
How has parenthood affected your relationship?
Those were the kind of things I used on my write up many moons ago...

I usually ask if the child is in daycare or at home. Is the child being followed for any health issues other than well child? Medical Hx?
