So, I know it's not what you are looking for, but maybe you can focus on what questions YOU are going to ask THEM. Seems like you are freaking out a little, and while I completely understand that, you can't control what they are going to ask you. You can come up with a few patients you've come across that would demonstrate examples of a few things (time management, critical thinking) ect, if you get asked those, but you CAN control what questions you ask. Make sure they sound well rounded, appropriate, and not obvious, so you sound interested and inquisitive.
I think it is always a good impression if ask questions that show you have put in the effort to be interested.
That is true thank you very much

The other suggestion I would have is think about your past relationships with MD's and how you've handled conflict with them. Working in an OR, some of your most difficult situations may be with the surgeons and Anesthesia docs, not just patients and co-workers. I'm betting that's one thing they'll ask.
Good advice everyone.
Know the history of the facility you are interviewing. Know the history, mission, value statement. Are you looking for just a job, or are you wanting to work there because of the facility and what it offers?
I sit in on interviews. You can tell those that just want a job, and those that want to work within our facility because of what we offer in our mission statement. Those that ask questions and have their own answers are hired over those that don't.

Having had an OR rotation as a student, I can say they will definitely want to know that you will be able to handle conflict with docs. I really enjoyed working with them. Interestingly, the on call doc that I work with now is the biggest jerk I have ever encountered. The surgeons I worked with in the OR were great. However, having had positive experiences and feeling confident working with docs, I don't let dr. Jerk intimidate me. When I need orders, I call him, and I don't give him the option of neglecting his patients. Good luck with your interview :)
