International student holding BSN able to enter ABSN program

I would like to know whether International students holding BSN, but not holding license yet are eligible to apply for ABSN program in order to take license?

Depends on whether you are already in the US, usually/most ABSN programs are not eligible for F1 visas so you could not enter the US with the intention of enrolling in an ABSN program. If you already are in the US on a valid visa, you would have to inquire directly at the schools that you are interested in attending.

Thanks a lot... But I'm not in US now.. I would like to work US and expose to advance clinical practice which I believe the US has the highest facilities in health care field than other countries. I'm going to graduate soon in this year and I'm looking for a option to work in US. Its take more than 3 years to take my licence here..And I don't want to waste that much of time been here...I though its a good option to join ABSN and take license ..That's Why I ask such a question.. If u know better option than this please let me know.. Thanks...:)

Student visa will be expensive (have to prove up front that you can support yourself) and there are work restrictions whilst a student. Then there is retrogression which means a 6 plus years, depending on where born, before a immigrant visa is issued and that is after going through state registration process and finding a employer willing to wait that long for you to start working.

Also, an ABSN program is indicated for those who have a non nursing bachelor's degree not for those who already have a BSN. You will likely find difficulty in gaining acceptance into one of the highly competitive ABSN programs in the US if you already have a BSN even if it is from overseas.
