The only book that I teach with is the Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN by Saunder's. That book only.
:nuke:
How can I get this book, And that one with terms too?

Amazon is a good place to start or if you have any local book stores they may be able to order them for you

Cheapest way for you is Amazon at Amazon.com: Online Shopping for Electronics, Apparel, Computers, Books, DVDs & more
and they can deliver both books directly to you. It will be cheaper to go that route rather than trying to have a store where you are order it in for you.
They are able to deliver all over the world.:nuke:
I have some american guys, who will come here on January, they can bring books to me.
First, there is no reason that you need to write the CGFNS exam, and I do not recommend it for you. Concentrate on passing the NCLEX-RN exam and your series of English exams.Any type of program that is charging you $20,000 US is just not acceptable by me, you are getting taken advantage of. Period. And they cannot guarantee anything.........For medical terminology, there is an excellent book called The Language of Medicine by Linda Chabner, it costs about $50 US and comes with a workbook build in to it, much cheaper that way..........and free prep for the NCLEX............from here.Save the money.................:)

I've got both books.
They are big enough.
Could you give me any advise how to prepare for the test?
Great to hear that you got the two books. Go to the NCLEX Forum and start there with a tip that I have posted in a sticky about my program. That tip uses the Saunder's book only.
The other book can be done at your leisure, it has a workbook built in to the book, that is why it is so large. You can match the sections there to the sections in the NCLEX review book.
Start with that and let me know if you have any questions.
