H1b Visa for nurses under FY 2010

i heard about the abba agency in the philippines, my friend applied in that agency, she said her h1b application is in the lottery process. I dont about lottery h1b visa. She is in Saipan working as nurse under working visa. The salary is not as big compare here in USA.

according to this forum, you should have enough experience to have a working visa,. do you have a masteral degree, that will help more to acquire. These are all the opinions i heard from my friends and some atty.

Can anyone give me a feedback about Cambridge agency/ABBA int'l? How many nurses have they deployed to the US under the H1B? How fast do they process the papers.. Really need some reliable info fast. Tnx!

what if i dont have a visa screening certificate yet? is there a possibility that i won't be granted a visa?

Yes You are supposed to have VSC before you file

You may find that your file will not move forward without VSC being submitted. All paperwork should be submitted at the same time and your employers lawyer should have been aware of this

it is likely that you will receive a Request for Evidence (RFE)..and that evidence is the VSC.

im not stepping other people when i said i want to change my status here, im applying for a working visa, so it is different from immigrant that you are talking getting into the front line. IM NOT A SELFISH PERSON,.
every person who has an h1b visa and wants to apply for immigrant will definitely fall in the long list. there is no such overtaking. ok, be careful with your words.

Well you are attempting to "LIE" in order to get the working visa. You originally stated that you had 6 months experience and are questioning if you should have your employer change that and state that you have "1 year experience". Either way you don't seem to qualify for the H1B visa.

As a nurse you're required to be deligent and ethical and the last time I checked "LYING" is unethical.

#1. anyways,, i need your opinions/advice,, does anyone know how much is the salary per hour of a nurese in NJ?? i was told by my employer that she'll be giving me 21 an hour as a starting pay. do you think it's ok??..

#2. i asked my employer if im gonna pay for all the fees,, like VSC fees etc,, she told me that i have to pay all the fees needed to process my papers and there will be no reimbursementof any kind... i want to know your opinions guys,, coz i know there are employer who pays for all the fees regarding the processing of papers... i dont know why is it ike that..

#3.one more thing,, my employer insisted that i shoud take the ielts exam ASAP to have my VSC processed,, because there is a slot of H1B for me already,, and they told it's already in process waiting for US approval... now,, in my case,, i still dont have hospital experience,, im just gonna have my first job this august,, and as i was reading on the previous posts here that H1b is just for those who have specialist on something or someone who took masteral,, im afraid that maybe i can just have a 1 year experience here in phillipines,, I am just a newbie nurse,and i dont have any masterals and so on, im not an expert yet... how come they giving that to me??.... well im glad that they work on my papers for me to go abroad but im just afraid that maybe if i got there they expect too much to me,, and maybe let me show them papers of any masteral or papers to show that im a specialist,, which i dont have... im soo confused help!!!!!
