I would be a little bit wary and do plenty of research as current thinking in the EU at the moment is employ from own country first then EU before elsewhere in the world.

still not sure but usually it is a requirement of the country that you can speak their language fluently. Sorry I can't help you anymore, may be worth posting this in the international forum

Right now, if you are not from the EU, you will have problems getting even a license in those countries. You also must pass a language exam, as well as their nursing exam. And there is a freeze on foreign nurses getting jobs there.

Any agency can try to market what ever they want, but that does not mean that there are actually jobs there.

Saw several things a few months ago that were recruiters trying to get foreign nurses for the UK, but they failed to mention that the UK has very strict hiring freezes in place and well as getting a license from there issued.

Then they come in and promise a job and actually charge a placement fee, but there are no placements available.

It is not even about checking out an agency, but first doing a search to see what is actually happening in that country.
