Anyone here NOT from Phili,India, China who has started their immigration process ?

If yes, can you please update what stage you are in and what is the current status.

Just wanted to find out, how long does it take for the RN GC process once the retrogression is lifted (for PIC country folks)..

Hi

I'm from the UK, passed NCLEX 12 months ago, completed CES and Visa screen last september and filed for immigration last october and still waiting for them to look at my file. I started the whole process 18-20 months ago

Which service center is processing your application ? Atleast your I 140 is not been processed till now ? Any changes on your LUD in USCIS status website ?

Hi there, I am currently waiting patiently (not!) :chuckle for Packet 4 and my interview date in Sydney.

My I140 was filed in Sept 2003 TSC, approved Sep 2004, case created at NVC 11/04, received Packet 3 late Feb, case reviewed by mid Mar and sent to Sydney. Now have a 60-90 day wait for interview :o

http://www.cptracker.com is a good tool to use to gauge lengths of time :)

Good luck!

Wendy
