I do not think nursing degrees from Thailand are recognised in Australia at all. I have never met a nurse educated in Thailand one or two that have been educated in Australia.
Learning to be more successful in english will not lead you immediately to a job as a nurse in Melbourne, you will need to be very efficient in english and have an IELTS english test of 7 in all bands, you will then need to apply to National nurses board under the aconym of AHPRA to have your nursing degree assessed. This will take at least 8 weeks to 9 months!
You will then need to do some sort of education as recommended by AHPRA, and only then after gaining registration as a nurse in Australia can you approach hospitals for a sponsorship visa for you to stay and work in Australia.
Melbourne hospitals seem to have closed the door on sponsorship unless you have experience in theatre.
