Insurance for Nursing Students

Hello everyone. I have a question about personal insurance for nursing students. I was accepted into a nursing program in Texas and one of the requirements is to have insurance. The school doesn't offer a student insurance program and I am too old to be under my parents. I decided to not work full time so no insurance through work. What options do I have and what type of insurance do you have or recommend...Thanks for reading!

The healthcare marketplace. There is a lot of info over at healthcare.gov. Open enrollment is only until Dec. 15 though so you need to apply ASAP.

Agree with PP. Healthcare.gov will give you options based on your income. Check them out soon because enrollment ends Monday.
