Local hospital has implemented the new "infomatics" computer system. Charting seems to be a nightmare to follow. How has the new computer system affected others? Let me know

i've been in a couple of hospitals that have computer charting and bedside computer charting. i love it.

Have found that instructors of nursing programs are having difficulty in teaching charting with the new computer system as it takes up an enormous amount of time to get the information you need from the program, and check the student's information on the chart for accuracy
