I just applied to UTA's online RN-BSN program that starts at the end of Feb. Curious to hear any feedback on the program. I sent in all my transcripts and am waiting to hear what they take and what I will need to complete, hopefully not that much : ) I am hopeful to complete the program in the 13 months like they state. Anyone else apply or currently in the program? Thanks!

I start in a couple of weeks and according to my course map could finish in 13 months, maybe sooner if I'd want to double-up on a couple of classes...nah :) I'll take the 13 months.

I've been trying to build up the mental fortitude to get started on this. I was severely burned out from nursing school, so it's been hard to get motivated to go back to school. I see my ADN classmates getting close to graduating, and it makes me mad at myself for allowing them to leave me behind.
Maybe sometime this summer. If only my wife would enroll with me...

I've submitted everything, including one transcript twice because they claim to have never received it. Hoping to start Feb 27th. In 5 yrs, ADN's will be the new LPN's. There is a surplus of nurses (LPN and ADN) at the present time. Good luck to you. I'll try to keep my progress posted.

Hello, Im start UTA RN-BSN Jan. 16. My first two classes are tech writing and prof of nursing A. I was wonder did anybody know how these classes were? I work full time and was wondering was it doable? Is anyone else starting Jan. 16, 2012? It would be nice to go thur the progam with somebody? Also could somebody tell me some the intense classes, would love a heads up on those so i can know how to schedule my job time. thanks
I'll be starting on the 16th too. Just Professional Nursing though; I placed out of Technical Writing.
I wished i did. How did you place out of it? Maybe i can too
I already have a prior BA.
oh ok, do you have to do any of the history classes?
Yeah, those I have to do...those are actually the only non-nursing classes I need to take.
