As a recent EC graduate, I can tell you it was challenging but it was the most do-able program there was for me. When I graduated from LPN school, I needed to work fulltime, I also wanted to get into an RN program as soon as possible and EC allowed me to do that. The cost was low for me as I got a scholarship and grants.
The job market is fierce, as a ASN graduate you have to compete with many BSN grads. Most facilities want BSN prepared nurses, right after EC I advise you to get enrolled in a BSN program immediately. Good luck in your journey.
I am currently doing the program. Studying now for LS2, still got LS3, transitional and Chronocity left. I usually set my date then work toward it. Also u have to be determine and motivated to keep a steady pace of studying. I try to study 2hrs every night, sometimes it's hard depending on the kind of day i have at work. Good luck!

EC was a great program for me! Opened a lot (and I mean a LOT) of doors. :)

I'm presently doing EC Program. I currently live in NYC. I'm looking for feedback from other individuals also doing EC Program that reside in NY, NJ, CT or PA. If you are presently doing program, I would like your feedback on the program and your struggles completing the program. Also, I would like feedback/advice from EC Graduates from NY, NJ, CT or PA about job availability and current employment.
Thanks:)
