I am relocating to Florida and have emailed the Ohio BON several times to inactivate my Ohio License. No one has gotten back to me. Does anyone know a phone number I can call or what to do to get this done? Thank you in advance.

Don't do anything just don't renew and it will be in inactive soon
I didn't finish my CEUs either. Is that ok?

It is if you don't want to renew the license.
Email is not the way to go here. Try this. (Simple Google search "ohio board of nursing")

I placed my Ohio license on inactive status a while back. I sent an email requesting inactive status as directed on the website. I never got a reply either, but my license soon showed up as inactive on the site. Keep checking.
I believe it will say something like Active-Not Renewing until after the expiration date, at which point it will say Inactive. Hope this helps!
Thank you. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails.
Thanks so much. Say I want to renew in Ohio? - then I would reactivity, complete the CEUs, and go from there?
