i have a term paper on the impact of specialties to nursing. i'm having difficulties getting journals and articles on my topic. any ideas would really. by impact, i mean both positive and negative.

The impact of specialties or specialty organizations? Because as you are describing it - I don't see the point.

You need to define specialties. That term by itself is meaningless. Once you get that figured out, you'll be able to find articles.
