Immunizations

Where did you get your required immunizations done? I am not sure if these will be covered by insurance and I am trying to figure out how much this will cost. I am hoping that it will be covered.

I am needing to get the required immunizations for entrance into NS.

Go to the public health department in your county. They will give you all the shots you need at very affordable prices... I just finished my Hep B series, and got a TB skin test. My insurance wouldn't cover my doctor's price of like $186.00 per Hep B shot, however I got them at the health department for like $35.00 a piece. Saved me a fortune.... Check it out!

TX thanks for the info. I will have to try there. I called the insurance company and they do not cover them so I am looking to save a few dollars in the immunization department.

Have you spoken to anyone at your school health clinic? I know that's the cheapest place for me.
