Im Panicing!!!

ok so im one of 5 alternates in my nursing program. this friday is the day they hand out clinical schedules and it is also the day that we know which alterantes are accepted... NORMALLY most of the alternates get in because some people drop for whatever reason or get kicked out for cheating or something.... BUT THIS CLASS is full of determined people... EVERYONE is still there! plus all the alternates! they have been "keeping score" of sorts to see who has their s**t together and who is dedicated enough. i hope they see that i have done no wrong and that i want this with all of my heart.... i sit right in front of the instructor for goodness sakes! AHHH! you guys probably understand how important this is to me.... send me good thoughts PLEASE...... :uhoh3:

Best of luck to you. A lot of times it is she who is patient, dedicated, and willing to live with constant stress.

I know that in my classes the averages are B's and I hear so much complaining from fellow students that are unhappy because they are used to getting A's. Nursing students are usually a pretty smart and dedicated crowd, but then the first midterms usually get people thinking do they really have what it takes.

Good luck! I'll be thinking about you. In a few more weeks I'll know if I start my nursing program in January or wait until next fall so I'm feeling anxious with you. :)
