If I'm a PN can I take a NCLEX RN review course and still pass?

What I'm really asking is...I'm trying to take the boards again so I signed up with Hurst Review and they told me PN's take the course too, but when I went to class this stuff was foreign to me. Everywhere I called said the same thing too that PN's can take the class too. Am I getting information overload? I mean I've been out of school for the 4 yrs and need a lot of help...what to do?

is there anybody out there that can help me with this question

If you are taking the PN exam, then you need a PN review program.

The RN program will not benefit you in any way as it covers a completely different set of information than is covered on your exam.

Sorry, but they gave you poor information.
