I went to a Florida nursing school

I went to a nursing school in Miami Florida that is approved by the Florida board of nursing. I took my RNnclex on April 1, 2023 and have yet to receive my license. I contacted the New YORK board of nursing and the response I received was " Unfortunately the school you attended is listed on the Florida DOH website as non-accredited, a supervisor is looking into this matter. Does this mean I won't get a license to practice in NY.

No, I did not receive any score result from Florida or New York board, though I took my NCLEX from New York board, not Florida board and wanted to endorse to Florida board.

I am trying to call NYBON, but they are not receiving the call due to shortage of staff.

I am still confused if, I passed my NCLEX from NYBON, how come I will ask the Florida board to release my score report? Rather Florida board is asking me to ask NY board to release your Exam Verification and the NYBON is not doing that, by saying that the school is not accredited and was approved and now its closed on November 15,2023, whereas I graduated in 2022, they are just putting their blame on my shoulders and not accepting their fault of allowing us to take the exam from New York board. So this is the system which is at the mercy of these (schools) millionaires, both parties are making money and making the poor students fool. This is how the system works. ANd the schools in Florida have started new programs, same owners with new school names, yet another film started and everyone is saying well come to them, "old wine in new bottle", so all boards are well-coming their students now, everyone will make money and after 7 years, this drama will repeat again that the schools are not accredited, will new poor chaps will come in trap but the System and Owners will grab more honey in this period and the story will continue and the system will work.

I have no idea, because I submit the application my application 4 months ago and still they have not.

I got mine. Thanks God, finally after 10 months of stressful period. I have a question, will NYBON will endorse the Florida license or will it not and give the same tough time?

What did you get? Did you get your RN license or score report? If you got the score report when and what did you do to get it? Thanks for responding

I wouldn't go that route. I think you should try another state

Florida license after the NY board sent my score report. it was sent last week to Florida, did nothing but to call them and asking all the time.
