So I took my exam today felt good going in a terrible coming out. I only answered about 100 questions and the computer cut off. I won't know anything until next week but what's done is done, I won't stop until I reach my goal! Good luck and positive energy for those with your exam coming up take care!
I didn't pass got my analysis back I was above passing in a few categories but still failed. I will be studying my weak points, I will be taking again in 45 days! Thanks for the kind words and encouragement!
Try Uworld, its q bank of practice questions with really good rationale for right and wrong choices. I used that and it seemed similar if not harder than the NCLEX.
I would like to thank anyone who has come to this post and given positive feedback and kind words of encouragement ! I came across a post about all of these " I failed NCLEX post" where the author is seemingly annoyed that we who have failed have publicly shared our expieriences........oh well. With that being said they say a hurt dog will holler, well I'm screaming! Lol , sharing a failure is not an easy thing to do it leaves you ass out and just plan vulnerable to the good, bad, and the ugly. I personally shared my story because I knew that I wasn't alone and no one wants to feel like they are the only one. My self and others I know do not have the " woe is me attitude" or want sympathy hell I just wanted to vent! I went to an excellent school and got good grades, hell it just wasn't my time anything worth having we must work hard for it. With that being said I will continue to Congradulate everyone who has passed, because I'm genuinely happy, but for those who didn't I have nothing but positive vibes and words of encouragement to give. Take care out there in Nurseland , 🤗
Sorry for you folks who didn't pass I just found out I passed on my first attempt with 75 questions, but lord it was terrifying to get through it! My best advice is to have FAITH IN YOUR INSTINCTS. You guys got through nursing school, and you can get through this. I learned in reviewing that you kinda have to let go of some of that critical thinking you did in school because you're kind of over thinking it. NCLEX is checking minimum competency for a new grad RN, sounds weird but dumb it down a little and go with what you think. Really read the question and dig out the key words and phrases, and see if those questions relate back. Same with SATA. I am terrible at them and over half of my test was composed of them, so apparently my strategy worked. Take your time with each option and ask yourself "Is this true or false? Does it relate to what I am being asked?" and it helps a lot! I studied primarily using Hogan's comprehensive NCLEX-RN review and I loved the way it was broken down, worked for me personally and the way I think. Good luck guys! You've got this!
Good luck second time around, Lupe! For some reason I am really doubting the PVT, cuz I feel there's no way I passed
Do you guys know if its okay if I made up a fake expiration date for my credit card?
A fake expiration date won't prevent your card from being charged, as long as the other info is good. If the billing flag for pass/fail is set to "fail" status, the system will attempt to pull $200 from the card you provided. Only if it's set for "pass" will you get the "good popup" when attempting the PVT and even then it's not going to be accurate until the 2nd scoring is done (and they won't tell you when that happens).

62% in UWorld, that's pretty high percentage....okay, now I'm kind of scared to take the test. I guess high UWorld percentage is not a guarantee to pass the test. Did the test feel like UWorld or would you say UWorld was harder?
