I took my nclex exam today!!!

It was so hard and based only on select all that apply question. What to do am so mess up right now, I believe that I failed.

The NCLEX is rough! I graduated in a class of 60 and every single one of us walked out of the test thinking we'd failed. Out of 60 people 59 of us (myself included) passed! My test was like yours - all select all that apply or multiple choice (but the answers were all equally the best answer!!). I came home crying - but I passed! Here is a trick someone told me about - its by no means guaranteed and won't be your official result, but if you try to re-register to take the NCLEX you should get a memo stating that you can't re-take a test for a license that you already possess - everyone in my class who passed used the trick to calm their nerves while waiting to get their official pass results. Well to update my info, I did pass and I got a job that pays 27 dollars a hour. Thanks guy for it support.
