It's ok, Kaplan will help you to bring up your scores. Follow their stratagies, review their videos/books, and do practice problems. I believe I had around a 55% on the diagnostic, a 71% on the readiness. :heartbeat

don't panic. this tells you where your weakness is. follow kaplans plan and you'll do just fine. best of luck! update us when you get your readiness score.:loveya:

think you! you guys make me feell betterrrr!!!! i hope and pray i can do it better ive benn studying all day :(

First things first, you have to control your anxiety. This exam is just as much mental as it is knowledge and content. Your diagnostic score is an indicator as to how well you are able to use strategies to pass the exam. Simply put, your strategizing is not where you want it to be right now. But, there's good news! Over the next few weeks in your Kaplan course, you will learn how to use the strategies necessary to tackle each and every question on the exam.

I scored a 52% on my diagnostic test and felt dumb as a rock. I scored a 66% on my readiness test at the end of the program. I only scored greater than the recommended 65% on one of my question trainers. I passed first try with 75 questions.

You will be fine. Commit yourself to the program, study your butt off, and review the rationale for each and every question, regardless of whether you got it right or wrong. You must find a way to control your anxiety, otherwise you will be setting yourself up for failure.

Wishing you the best! And remember you can always come here to vent or to find advice! :)

I got my resultd back I got a 57% it said Non passing:cry::cry::cry:. But I am a fighter so I am hanging in there.

hang in there!!!!

They advised us when we took Kaplan to try to save a couple of the Q Trainers for the week-two week period before boards so we would have some questions left. BTW: you can also retake the q trainers. :)

Sup Futgirl,

I got about that score when I took mine back in June...And didn't pass the NCLEX. But we can't get the same NCLEX questions. Try to make sure you get atleast 60% and above when you take the question trainer.
