First of all - Thank you.
I think I never wrote here but I read a lot and thanks to this forum I took it seriously, studied a lot and passed the R.N. board !
Thanks also to suzanne for all her infos !
The test was not easy, I had questions from all the fields, no math, some alternate questions and priority questions. Shut off after 75.
I studied with Saunders and Kaplan , did several thousend questions and also did the Mosby CAT to find out how prepared I was. My goal was at least 85 % with Saunders and 70 % with Kaplan - Mosby gave me a 99% of passing . I did study for several months and did what suzanne suggests :
I read the review book with all the chapters and did the question after each chapter , I also used the CD doing 100 questions a day. When I was sure that content is o.k. I started to read the Kaplan book and did the CD.
You really need to know "the facts" but Kaplan helped me with the strategy ! I got several questions were I had no clue first and applied the Kaplan strategy .
Thanks to all of you,
nutella
