I just wanted to let everyone know that I passed the NCLEX this time around! The first time I took the NCLEX, I failed with 265 questions. Now, having used Hurst Review, I passed with 75 questions! I also found that confidence was one of the key differences between taking the test the first time and this time around. Attitude plays a huge role, as I have learned, when taking this test. Hang in there for others who are studying for the test and remember that understanding why things happen is more important than memorizing the facts. There is just too much to memorize, and under great pressure in the test situation coupled with test anxiety, memorization can fail you. With understanding why things happen, I learned to reason what the answer is and why one answer is better than the other correct answer.
