Hi! As what I've said before, when I pass my NCLEX I'm gonna post it here all what I've done and because of the help of some people here, it's time to help other people too :)
First, I failed my first exam last December 8, 2015. I finished all the 265 questions. I used KAPLAN, NCSBON and Saunders NCLEX that time.
Now, I took my second exam last April 9, 2016. I stopped at 75 questions. Luckily, I PASSED!! :) study materials that I've used are:
1) KAPLAN again
2) Saunders Comprehensive
3) NCLEX Cram book
4) La Charity Prioritization, delegation and assignment
5) UWORLD
I appreciate the Saunders Comprehensive because of the content. Most helpful are the La Charity and UWORLD, because it really looks like the real NCLEX..
Some advice:
> PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE more questions everyday (It really help a lot..to enhance your brain and have ENDURANCE)
> Always read the rationale! No matter how long it is..
> Read the NCLEX RN THREAD by simplenursing.com (Just type in google NCLEX RN thread, the first one)
and lastly, the most important one PRAY PRAY PRAY! :)
You can do this I know...if I can, you can! :)
Good luck future RNs!
