Were you able to apply in florida without english test?

I'd like to know who else has the same situation before or know how they did it. It will be a great help for me. Thanks

Im a little confused how some did not send english test while other says they did in florida. Im budgeting my expenses so i want to make sure before submitting an application. I called both offices and they want me to apply first before they can evaluate.

florida bon stated that "7) Successful completion of any one of the acceptable English competency examinations:• A minimum score of 540 (207 on computerized version and 76 on the Internet basedversion) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Examination • A minimum score of 79% on the Michigan English Language Assessment Battery(MELAB)• A minimum MELAB converted score of 79% on the Michigan Examination for theCertificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE) Examination • A minimum score of 725 on Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) • A minimum score of 6.5 overall with a 7.0 on the spoken portion on the academic versionof International English Language Testing System (IELTS); • Completion of a nursing program given in English in another country; • A passing score on a nursing licensing examination which is given in English; • Completion of a college level course for academic credit in a U.S. institution • A valid High School Diploma earned from an English speaking country Q: as the bold text above says, does it mean that me as an RN in the Philippines doesn't need to take English test anymore? I also wanted to reciprocate my license here in Nevada once available, will they ask for an english proficiency again considering that florida has already granted me a license?
