I Passed I Passed I'm A Lpn Now

:mad: :mad: Wow, I just took the NCLEX-PN at 1:30 yesterday 2-13-2006 and I went to the Ohio board of Nursing website; just for the heck of it and typed in my name and there it was,, my license number-IV approved. I didn't even have to call person vue and pay. I paid $49.00 for the NCSBN review and it was perfect, I graduated 6 months ago and had not even studied until I took the review course online for 3 weeks. The NCLEX was exactly just like the review questions and the content of the information on each system really helped me alot. I especially liked the pharmacology review course and the exams they have. I didn't even study anything else just that course. I went into the test and it stopped at 85 questions. I got up and relized that I had only been taking the test for 1 hour. I was scared because it seamed so easy so I thought I failed. WELL I guess it was just that I knew the information. I am so happy to have found that website. :nurse: :nurse: :nurse:

just remember not to get stressed out. There will be drugs and disorders on there you have never seen in your life. If you read all the answer choices you will figure out kinda what they want so do the elimination thing. on the drugs i had a lot of choose all that apply so I just chose the answers that seem to all be talking about the same drug. don't sit and dwell on the same question. choose your answer and move on. If you keep reading it and reading it you will confuse yourself and make yourself feel unsure of your answer. Your first choice is usualy the right one.

congratulations to you all! well i took NCLEX on 2/16 and am still awaiting my results (California - no quick result or internet access) so we have to wait up to four weeks. i am going out of my mind and my nerves are shot. mine shut down at 85 as did two of my friends who took it at the same time. i was beating the mouse on the desk hoping for more questions as I felt like I probably had not gotten enough of them correct. although i studied for three months used Mosbys, NCLEX online review, Delmar and Phamacology CDs. I was an A student in school but now I feel like an idiot after taking that exam. Help!! I just pray that I passed as I can't imagine going through that again. I have just put it in God's hands. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers!! In the meantime I wait for the mailman each day. :(

I printed out the entire ncsbn program online I read all the chapters on the test I didn't do well on and retook those exams. kept with me the chapters and exams on pharmacology and read them over and retook the exams alot before the test. I went to a hotel because the test was 100 miles out of town. I went to dinner and watched tv. took the laptop with me and read all the posts on here to make me feel better and tried to get some sleep.

I Am So Glad This Site Exist..... It Is Sooooo Helpful..... I Take My N-clex Sometime In The Summer, Graduate In 3months, I Am Really Nervous About It, I Have Already Started Studying, The Saunders 7th Edition Book Is Great!!!!! I Recommend It, Also The Saunders Flashcards!!!!! Any Other Nlex Tips??????
