Fairy, I did Delmar's, Mosby's and the NCSBN online program. I think the NCSBN probably helped the most with the NCLEX type questions I saw. Good luck to you. If I could do I so can you :) I studied for three months before taking the NCLEX. Oh, also did the pharmacology CD from my textbook. Take care.:roll :roll :roll
Fairy7, NCSBN stands for National Council State Baord of Nursing. If you go to NCSBN.org you will reach their website and they have a learning extension program you can purchase for so many weeks (3 weeks was $49) to prepare you for the NCLEX. It takes about 80 hours to complete all the lessons and tests but they are the ones who write the NCLEX so it is pretty helpful in my opinion. Others on this website have also recommended it. Hope that helps.
Congrats Carrie:balloons: :balloons: :nurse: :roll :chuckle

I also have a tip for LPN students and new LPN's I was an LPN before RN but im moving back to the rural hospital in NE where I worked as an LPN in ER and ICU and everywhere else in that small hospital, But anyways try to find a small town rural hospital there always needing help and willing to hire an LPN as my DON at this small hospital has always said a nurse is a nurse no matter what as long as they can do a great job and make there pts. comfortable and happy and well.
