I need a job

I'm looking for a job and I wanna know which is good to work facilities or company that gives you patient to work in home? Is that scary ?

I don't have any experience with it, but if you don't feel completely comfortable with one or the other, I wouldn't do it, or at the very least find out more information from the employer. Who knows, you might be worrying over nothing. :]

I really need a job, yes I don't have any experience but I wanna try it. Thank you

Thank you by the way are you CNA too?

Thanks. Are you CNA too?

Hello Vanie! I currently work at different patients homes! Everyday I provide care for a new person! I would say facilities are better. The conditions of a lot of these patients homes are not so good! Good luck!

Oh really? That's why I ask cause I heard a lot of news and feed backs regarding in home care. I'm really worried about it and I guess I won't get comfortable working in home though

It's easy to find a job in Home Care... You can start there but always grow and move up!

Are you cna? Where you work now?

They both have their pros and cons. I've worked both the facility and home health and I enjoyed both. I would rather work in a facility over home care. Depending which neighborhood you go into and what time you work, it can be a little scary going into someone's home, you do not have security, back up, and you are all alone, sometimes the families don't want to help you out and make things easier and expect you to do everything, and a lot of homes aren't clean as well.

Vanie I'm still a HHA. Will be starting CNA classes March 2nd
