Are you definately looking at the cities or would you consider rural as well?
As a new grad...just start putting your apps in everywhere and see who calls you. Allina is great to work for. Abbott NW is in the cities. I work in a rural hospital further south.

North Memorial will be starting another new grad orientation in July - the deadline for application is either very soon, or may have already passed. Both the Star-Tribune and the Pioneer-Press have great web-sites for job hunts. Good-luck!

Healtheast care system, Allina care system, Regions Hospital, Fairview care system, North Memorial, HCMC, Lakeview hospital and I'm sure there are a ton more in the cities that I'm forgetting about.
