Like the Admin said, it's the same everywhere you take it. Since you were out of school for 2 years, I recommend Hurst to refresh your brain with content. From experience, I can say they were really good. And also use a source that provides great questions like Kaplan or Lacharity. I'd say use a multi-review approach. That's what I did and I passed with 77 questions :) Good luck!
I heard about the easiness issue of other states. I always thought it's a national state test, so it doesn't matter where you go, we all take the same NCLEX. There's no Nclex for Vermont or Nclex for Montana nor Nclex for South Dakota etc. etc.
You need more than one weapon to pass Nclex. I recommend doing Kaplan after you have refreshed your content. As for content, saunders is good (self review), but I heard tons of people who loves Hurst, but you have to pay...
