I need help with a study plan for NCLEX-RN PLEASE!!!

I graduated in May of 2010 and I have yet to pass the NCLEX. I just took it for the third time and failed again . I just don't know what to do. The last two performance reports I got back from the last two times I tested said Near Passing Standard in all areas. I am so agrivated. I just want to pass this test and get on with my life. I have studied and studied until I am about to give up. I feel like I am burned out since I have been studying for this since May of 2010. I have done Kaplan, Hurst, and Learning Ext. Nothing seems to help me. Sometimes I wonder if I need a private tutor. I have called my nursing school, and they were no help either. I would just appreciate it if some of you all out there would help me out. I just want to pass this test!!!
