I need HELP! (Re: Registration and Vermont NCLEX eligibility)

Hello! I have questions and i hope a "kababayan" or someone here knows the answers. THanks! :) The questions include:

1. regarding the registration at pearsonvue, did anyone here use a HSBC card? I did and my registration...

2. How many months/years is the validity of Vermont eligibility (the card card sent by the Vermont BON is the eligibility, right?). Because of the failure of my registration, i am more than 3 months eligible, hoping it has more than 3 months validity.

3. About the white card (eligibility card), do i have to fill up ALL of the blanks in that card including the back portion of the upper part?

I will really appreciate any reply. Thanks so much in advance :)

By the way, i emailed Vermont and i still didn't get a response. I guess they are very busy processing applications..

thanks, silverdragon102! :)found threads similar to my concerns but still i have unanswered question about the white card :)

There are quite a few threads specific to that white card that can be found on this forum. Same questions that you have asked have been answered here multiple times.

from the vermont website:

announcement: applicants who have been approved for their initial exam (not applicable to retake exam applicants) now have the option to send their pearson vue candidate id number to us through email to be made eligible to receive your authorization to test (att). you should send the information to us at [email protected] . do not send the information if you have not been approved. do not register with pearson vue or send the email until you are ready to take the exam. once we receive the email from you, we will issue your att within ten days. as soon as that att is issued, you only have 90 days to take the exam. when you have been approved and are ready to test:

  • put "approval" in the subject box of your email.
  • include your full name (last name, first name, middle initial)
  • include your date of birth
  • include your candidate i.d. number (7-9 digits long, referred to as the "candidate id" number in your pearson vue registration confirmation)
