I average 43 percent and i need to aim 60 percent for q bank average do i have to read the rationale to make the percent higher it will not be challenging or i will not read the rationale and just study the book and to aim 60 percent for every topic?

Knowing the rationale is of the most crucial importance, so I personally would not skip them. Kaplan's QBank rationales are excellent since they enhance your nursing content knowledge by providing conceptual details on why a certain answer was correct. The rationales also go on to explain why the remainder of the options are incorrect.
After answering at least 50 QBank questions per day and reading the rationale for each and every one, your scores should eventually rise to the 50s and 60s range. Then you'll know you're ready to take NCLEX. Good luck to you.

The above response is totally correct. Reading the rationales will make it really easy if you see this question again, but overall it will enhance your understanding of the content behind the question. Don't just read the rationales, understand why that question was answered the way it was. Figure out how you were wrong when answering. Change the way you see and think about NCLEX style questions. You will find that you will get better at all the questions.....
