I am currently an LVN at a SNF, I have been rotated to different shifts since I started last month (5 days 11-7 shift then I was transfered to 3-11 shift). I was offered a job in the morning shift (Since the beginning I was asking for a morning shift )but during the transition, I will be working 7 straight days plus 1 day with 16 hours, I don't know what to do, should I just quit and find a new job?. Im also preparing for my NCLEX-RN exam and I think my body will not make it. I have been working since October 27 with no rest and Im attending classes too. I have failed the test a few times and I want to make it one last time. Any advice?

So you will work 7 days one of which is 16 hours then be straight mornings?
If you have any personal time or vacation days I would ask that in that 7 day period of time that you have 2 days off, as you are not feeling as if you can do 7 days in a row.
Otherwise, why quit your job for one week of craziness, then the shift you want/need?
