I made a mistake on my CGFNS Form :(

Is there a way to undo my mistake on the form I just filled up? I was about to print my CES forms then I noticed that the year of the date I entered is incorecct. I already made my full payment so I have no idea how to correct the mistake I made. Please Help!

Hi I just want to ask how did you resolve the problem regarding wrong entry in cgfns, I also made a mistake in typing the last digit of my license number. I hope someone can help me. Thank you and God Bless!

They were difficult at first, but they did it.

How long did it take for them to correct it please

Helo Esther140, actually mine is not yet resolved and still waiting for cgfns response. Even trying to call them but unfortunately all of the agents are busy.?

Update!

I was able to call this morning and my DOB error was corrected immediately. What I think helped was uploading my passport for Identity verification via CGFNS contact us portal. Also, I called them at 8:59am so someone picked up immediately it was 9am

Hi 

I recently finished my documentation part in CGFNS and today I noticed mistakenly I have uploaded wrong page of my passport for identity verification. Now I can't edit it. So what I can do for that?

please help me.. will it be a problem or delay?
