I made a mistake on my CGFNS Form :(

Is there a way to undo my mistake on the form I just filled up? I was about to print my CES forms then I noticed that the year of the date I entered is incorecct. I already made my full payment so I have no idea how to correct the mistake I made. Please Help!

As I wrote on your other post, you need to put it in writing to CGFNS and they will correct the mistake

Hi! I made the same mistake by accidentally putting my middle school as a SECONDARY school. I can't delete the entry! I'm also worried that my application will be delayed because I realised the mistake BEFORE I paid. What can or should I do? Should I just pay for the CES Evaluation? Will they fix it even afterwards? I am new in this site and thank you for putting this up. I know that this thread is old but I hope my inquiries can still be answered. I am applying for CGFNS CES, I didn't realized that my birthdate was wrong until they rejected my license from Philippines. When I recheck it I saw that instead of placing May 6, I was able to type May 5. I don't know what happened but I was sure that all the information I type was correct. What can I do to correct it? I contacted them through email but it's taking a week for them to respond. Will my document be valid? the one that my licensing body has sent? Anyone who is well acquainted with the application and processing in CGFNS CES please help me what to do?.. Thank You and hoping to get a response from anyone soon.
