I made a mistake on my CGFNS Form :(

Is there a way to undo my mistake on the form I just filled up? I was about to print my CES forms then I noticed that the year of the date I entered is incorecct. I already made my full payment so I have no idea how to correct the mistake I made. Please Help!

I am new in this site and thank you for putting this up. I know that this thread is old but I hope my inquiries can still be answered. I am applying for CGFNS CES, I didn't realized that my birthdate was wrong until they rejected my license from Philippines. When I recheck it I saw that instead of placing May 6, I was able to type May 5. I don't know what happened but I was sure that all the information I type was correct. What can I do to correct it? I contacted them through email but it's taking a week for them to respond. Will my document be valid? the one that my licensing body has sent? Anyone who is well acquainted with the application and processing in CGFNS CES please help me what to do?.. Thank You and hoping to get a response from anyone soon.

Put it in writing and mail to CGFNS with a copy of birth certificate

i'm also new in this site and i will be grateful for your help. i have some problems in my education overview in cgfns some details are not included because i have several schools in primary,secondary and a couple in college. i want to ask how to add these as i already paid cgfns in full i can't correct it online. what should i do? what are the documents needed to correct this?

You need to put it in writing to CGFNS

Just to share my experience, I made a mistake (incorrect attendance dates) during my application and they fixed it after I sent a message through the contact us form.

They were difficult at first, but they did it.

May I know how did you resolve this mistake how did you delete your entry?

Hello Eja! I made the same mistake and I called them afterwards, explained the situation and they "waived the requirement " for that wrong entry and made a new one for the right school.

Keep in mind that the waiting time can be pretty long depending on what time you call. My advise it to call in the morning.
