no i am from new york and my credits were done in FLL. This matters though-out of state fees. first there is in county, out of county, then out of state. So i will pay like 300$ a credit. As long as i pass my job will re-emburse me though........

wow expensive ...

I didn't know that they accept from other counties or even states.

I thought they have a wait list due to small place there..

But maybe things have change... :idea:

in their manual they encourage out of state and county to apply for the evening and weekend programmes. you know what, i read that it was like really hard to get into CCM but i still applied. They have 3 sets of programmes so my first chice was weekend and then i put 2nd coice evening.....

they were concerned about me and the distance though because they said that there was one girl from brooklyn and after a while she had to drop out. I dont know what her circumstances were though. on sundays i will have clinicals on sunday at 7am so i will try and stay in nj on sat evenings..it was hell for me with the schools in ny so i do what i have to do just make it work............................anyway i was told that the lady who runs the weekend programme is very good and she actually teaches Nur1 . she spoke to me briefly and said that Nur1 hours wont be too bad so i guess that will help. Regis is jan 15 so i guess then i will purchase my books as i cannot get them discounted online...

Would you say that CCM prepares you for thier tests and finals? All Ive been hearing from other nursing schools students is that, they study their butts off and half the stuff on the final wasnt even taught.

Does anyone know how long it takes to find out when you are accepted and whether you have a choice about the weekend or the day program?? I've submitted the letter of intent, due April 1st.. I have no clue how many applicants there are, or what the process is prior to acceptance, Counseling has no idea, and I was wondering if there is an interview.. thanx!

They don't know if will offfer the weekend program yet this fall..so if you have all A's and all the prereqs done..you do have chances for the day schedule....forget the weekend this year..
